I am not stupid, it’s not every day that a lady wants a man to flex his quadriceps, hamstring or even calf muscle for her. The woman always wants to see the guns, the biceps and arm muscles, not leg muscles. I get it. I understand all that. Because leg muscles aren’t show off muscles doesn’t mean they aren’t critical.
